WHEN WILL MY RIBBONS ARRIVE?

Almost all of our ribbons are held in stock  and we like to dispatch your ribbons the same day. We will send you an email as soon as your ribbons are dispatched.

 

You can opt for Standard Delivery Second Class Royal Mail), First Class Delivery or Next Day Delivery.

Next Day Deliveries should be placed before 2pm - if it's urgent,  give us a call and we'll see what we can do. 

We will send you an email with a tracking number (for NextDaly Deliveries) as soon as your ribbons are dispatched. 

 

 If your order is urgent, give us a call and we'll be able to let you know if your ribbon is in stock and how quickly it can be dispatched.

CLICK & COLLECT

If you are local to us, you can choose to Click & Collect your order at checkout. We'll email you as soon as you order is ready, or we can text you / call you  - be sure to enter your phone number under Notes at checkout.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY - Second Class Royal Mail

Small orders can be sent for £2.40. For larger orders under £50,00, delivery is £3.90

Orders over £50.00 qualify for free Standard Delivery

UK DELIVERY (FIRST CLASS ROYAL MAIL)

Small orders can be sent for £2.90.  For larger orders, delivery is £4.50

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)

Orders usually need to be placed by noon to qualify for Next Day Delivery but give us a call if your order is urgent and we'll see what we can do.

Next Day Delivery is £9.00.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY (SATURDAY)

Orders usually need to be placed by noon to qualify for Next Day Delivery but give us a call if your order is urgent and we'll see what we can do.

Next Day Delivery (Saturday) is £13.50.

EUROPE

We send parcels to Europe via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for a flat fee of £15.00.

If we are able to send your order more cheaply, we will refund postage.

WORLD ZONE  1
We send parcels to World Zone 1 via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for a flat fee of £22.00.

If we are able to send your order more cheaply, we will refund postage.

WORLD ZONE 2

We send parcels to World Zone 2 via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for a flat fee of £24.00.

If we are able to send your order more cheaply, we will refund postage.
