Orders can be placed by telephone or via the website.
Payment is made through the secure PayPal system.
All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.
Up to five samples will be sent free of charge, on request.
The minimum length supplied is one metre.
You will receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email informing you of the time the order was dispatched.
DELIVERY
Goods will be dispatched after payment is made in full.
All orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery at a fixed rate of £3.00. Very large orders and orders outside the UK and Ireland will be weighed to establish the cost of delivery.
It is expected that all orders will be dispatched within three working days.
CONDITIONS
Cut lengths are non-returnable.
Colours on your screen may differ slightly from the actual colour, depending on your individual monitor settings.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address you give is correct.
Ribbons are shown with accessories for display purposes only.
CONFIDENTIALITY
We maintain strict confidentiality of all customer details, which will only be used for processing your order.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, cut lengths of ribbon and bespoke ribbon cannot be returned but full rolls can be returned within 30 days and a refund will be given.
